In its commitment to creating healthier sausages, it has made a strong investment in R&D&I by establishing the first Innovation and Development Center for Natural Casings and forging collaboration agreements with scientific institutions such as the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC), the University of Granada and the University of Seville.
